At Private Label Extensions, we strive for excellence and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unaltered condition with all packaging intact.

Return Process

    Verify Eligibility

    Ensure your hair extensions or beauty products are unused, uncut, and still in their original zip-tie packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.

  • 2.
    Contact Support

    Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the product to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 3.
    Package and Ship

    Securely pack your items and include the RMA form inside the box; we recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost packages.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
